Will you be the one to set the tone in our kitchen?
About the position
Are you a passionate cook who enjoys working independently and loves creativity in the kitchen? Do you have an eye for detail, can you handle pressure well, and would you like to be part of an enthusiastic team? Then we are looking for you as our new independent cook!
What are you going to do?
· Preparing lunch and dinner dishes according to our recipes and with your own twist
· Contributing ideas for the menu and developing new dishes
· Ensuring perfect mise-en-place
· Monitoring the quality, freshness and presentation of the dishes
· Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
· Managing and supervising kitchen assistants and trainees
Who are we looking for?
· You have completed chef training and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
· You are creative, able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility.
· Working independently comes naturally to you, but you are also a true team player.
· Flexibility in working hours (day, evening, weekend and public holidays) is not a problem for you

Ben jij een echte gastheer of gastvrouw in hart en nieren, spontaan én altijd in voor een gezellige babbel? Ons warme restaurantteam zoekt een zelfstandig werkende serveerster die met flair onze gasten in de watten legt en het leuk vindt om samen met collega's de sfeer te bepalen.
Wat ga je doen?
· Gasten welkom heten alsof ze thuiskomen en zorgen voor een glimlach aan tafel
· Bestellingen opnemen, gerechten en drankjes met enthousiasme serveren
· Zorgen dat het restaurant er altijd tiptop uitziet
· Zelfstandig betalingen afhandelen—met een vlotte knipoog natuurlijk
· Problemen? Die los je met gemak en een vriendelijke houding op
Wat vragen wij?
· Ervaring in de horeca is mooi meegenomen, maar enthousiasme telt voor twee
· Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en bent niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken
· Flexibel inzetbaar—of het nu overdag, ’s avonds, in het weekend of op feestdagen is
· Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands en Engels moeiteloos
· Je communiceert makkelijk en hebt een verzorgd voorkomen
